My friend recently got the demo of EA new buster: The battle for middle earth 2.

when he starts up the game and chooses " skirmish mode" he gets at loading at 97% a fatal error and it tells him to "send file or not" its what we all know that annoying tab

" send fault repport to microsoft or not? "


I dont know what the problem is..he uses a dell pc ( 512 mb ram , 2.8 gghz proccesor )

and an onboard videocard....is this the problem maybe?
I really hope you guys can help me...also we tried reinstalling but that didnt help anything
