   Hello-
   
   I am trying to follow the instructions of things I should do first before posting for help..but, I cannot remove 2 older versions of Java from my pc.
   When I try to remove them using Add/Remove I get the following error:
   
   One or more customizations are not permitted by software restriction policy
   
   I cannot start my pc normally or in safe mode only in safe mode window definitions mode.
   
   Ugh

   I don't know what you mean by the below
   

   Never heard of Safe Mode Windows Definitions mode.
