This is my first time posting here, and I'm not sure if I'm doing things correctly, so please let me know what more I can do.

Thank you so much for offering help.

    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF MY PROBLEM

While working online using any of the three browsers, Firefox, IE, and Chrome, I encounter this malware in two steps, even after uninstalling and
reinstalling the browsers, and running all the malware removers recommended
    here.

The two stages of this problem are:

    A. First a dialog window pops up saying my system needs to scan

    B. Second, browser window pops up that appears to be a program scan in progress. I can close this window without a problem, but it comes up intermittently, quite often, and the scans don't remove it.

See two attached screen shots showing the dialog box and the popup window with URL.

(Continued in a new message so I can attach the scan logs.)

    ACTIONS TAKEN SO FAR:

    * Completed the housekeeping tasks described by Chaslang here: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407

    * Ran these programs in the following order

I have a 64 bit (Windows 7) machine, so did not run ComboFix.exe or RootRepeal.

    1. CCleaner - Log file attached (install.txt)

    2. SuperAntiSpyware (SASlog.txt)

Ran once and missed getting the log file, but it found 22 tracking cookies, and cleaned them. Had to run a second time to get the SAS log file (attached.)

    3. MalwareBytes - Log file attached (malwwarebytesscan.txt)

    4. MGTools, ran without error, according to instructions by Chaslang, here: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=137630 MGLogs.zip file attached.

Thanks again for offering to help. :)

I am not seeing any malware in your logs. Perhaps MBAM removed all that was there. You need to tell me what is still occurring, if anything.

    Please do an online scan:
    eSet Online Scan.

what is still occurring is the random page keeps popping up at different moments. this all comes up in a different browser window.
but below is how it shows.
first the pop up explaining there is some virus issue that needs immediate scanning
    [IMG]
then flashes to a new browser with this showing looking as if it is doing a scan.

i did google this issue above and saw other people were having this problem

Did you do the eSet online scan? I would like to see the log from that.
