BSOD please help

    Hi all

    I've been having some problems with my IBM ThinkPad lately with BSOD's.
    I'm getting the stop error code: 0x0000008E

    I have google'd the hell out of this code and read the sticky here on How to Analyze the Minidumps with no success.
    I don't know enough about debugging process and am getting errors with Windbg about incorrect symbols.
    I have folllowed the sticky guide here word for word.

    Please can someone help, or point me in the right direction.
