PSI is telling me Win 7 is insecure but failing to tell me what's missing - see pic, and Windows Update is saying Windows is up to date. So there isn't anything I can do to get back to 100% :(

    Any suggestions?

    I would disregard it.

    I am a user of Win7 SP-1.
I, fairly recently, recovered my system from discs.
Secunia has totally quit working ever since.
What now with it? Delete(Secunia PSi) and download again?
Or are there Windows updates I'm missing?

Your best bet is to run Windows Update -> Check for updates several times until it once-and-for-all says Windows is up to date. The first time it's run, it may install prerequisites for other updates that would follow. I do this every "patch Tuesday".
