ie running in background

    Ok, I am really stuck with this. I have something running on my computer that is causing a delay in opening programs (CPU usage jumps from 7% to about 40% for about 10 seconds). Task manager shows 2 copies of IE running in the background (I don't use IE) and every now and then an internet explorer page will open for no reason, usually to some ad.yieldmanager website. I have running a complete virus scan (including in safe mode), ccleaner, spybot, adaware and Super Anti-Spyware. Not one of those things has found anything. Here is the logfile HiJackThis, SuperAntispyware, and Malwarebyte. Thanks in advance

    Uninstall Browser Address Error Redirector

    If you still have problems, you need to finish the Read and RUn First instructions and attach the logs for:
    ComboFix
    C:\MGLogs.zip --> from running the C:\MGTools.exe
