Russia hacked the Pentagon but don't we ever hack them & China too?

    I'm getting tired of hearing news such as this http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/russia-pentagon-hack_55c3b137e4b0923c12bc0844 Since over 90% of the time it's usually Russia or China that hacks the US. But what about the US ever hacking those 2? Are Americans just so good at hacking that China and Russia never catches on to it or is this just a case of their totalitarian like governments keeping the news away from the masses?
