Memory speed vs cpu speed

    Hi,
    I just upgraded my system from a Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 Allendale 2.0GHz LGA 775 processor to a Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 Wolfdale 2.53GHz 775 processor.

    I don't get any video (monitor) or key board activity (lights).

    I am running a Mach speed MS945G-GLV 775 Motherboard with 4G of DDR2 533MHZ OCZ memory.

    Any ideas on what might be wrong?

    Will 533MHz memory support a 1066 MHz Processor?

    Thanks in advance for any help on this issue.
