    Just another ignoramus here. Thanks.

Dell Dimension 3000, Intel 4, 2.8 GHz with 1 MB Cache, 512MB DDR SDRAM at 400 MHz, Hard Drive: 80 GB 7200 RPM Ultra ATA,

Acrobat Elements 6.0 came installed on my Dell Dim 3000 in 12/04. I have no installation disk for it. It worked fine for some months. Now when I try to convert a Word file (using Word 97), I get a message with blue title bar – title bar says “Microsoft Virtual Basic”, message says “Ambiguous name detected: TmpDDE” I click on help and it says ..”Can’t find file VBA\VEENLR3.HLP”

It's possible that this problem started occuring after I upgraded to Acrobat Reader 7.0.

What should I do about this?

Also, the file that I am hoping to convert is 486 megabytes. I’m hoping the size won’t be a problem. Will it?
