Just wanted to say hello and thank you very much for your website, it is a great place to point my family and friends to when they are having issues. I usually have to find the relevant information for them, but still it's a lot easier since for the most part you guys have it written out already. I'm also glad because I've learned a thing or two here as well, plus the lists of tools you have compiled is wonderful. Anyway, enough rambling.
