Need Advice Please

    Good Afternoon,
    Thanks for the help last night!! I have found the problems and there alot of issues that none of the Free programs will remove. I need to know which is the most up to date program that will remove hikey issues and not sure what the other is but is in every operating program I have with this kinda code:{4528BBE0-4E08-11D5-AD55-00010333D0AD} So can someone tell what I should get to remove these problems. Have credit card will spend.
