My laptop was wiped and reloaded with Windows 7. They deleted McAfee and trial software.
I ran a full Avast anti-virus scan and it was clean.
I ran a full MalwarebytesAntiMalware scan, but it came up with "PUM.Hijack.StartMenu".
The only other programs I've installed so far are FireFox and PC Tools Firewall.
    What is this?

PUM.Hijack.StartMenu - PUM stands for Potentially Unwanted Modification. There is no way of telling if they modified the start menu or if a program did. You can have MBAM fix it if you are worried about it.
