OEx does disappearing act

    On line witgh another program, signed off to check my mail on OEx.
    OEx aint theere.
    Normal procedure to L click on Start, menue with OEx comes up, R click on that to open.
    Now, L click on start, menu comes up but OEx not on it.
    OK to just reload program off web site?

    It sounds like you just lost the OE shortcut in your start menu. It would be odd for the Outlook Express app to just disappear for no apparent reason. Click on the Start button and choose "Search", then search for the Outlook Express executable or program folder. When you find the program executable, just drag and drop it from the search window to the Start Button to recreate the shortcut.

    BTW, what version of windows are you using?

    Using XP Pro

    Went to "Search"
    That brings up each individual peice of mail

    Outlook Express's application file name is MSIMN, located in the C: Program Files\Outlook Express directory.
