    Sir,

I got a new PC with Intel Core 2 Duo, Intel D945GCNL Motherboard and 2 GB RAM. I installed Windows XP professional SP2. But after Windows update, the Explorer is crashing and most of the services are not started. Even in Task Manager->Processes->Username the entry is blank. The LAN connection disappears and if try to type ipconfig I get a message "The procedure entry point HrIsIpStateCheckingEnabled could not be located in the dynamic link library netshell.dll is missing"

This happens even if I install IE7 manually without installing any updates.
Is there any solution for this problem.

Also can I install SP3 for this processor.

    Thank you
    Kishan
