guess you could call me a geek in training although to be fair I seem to be cursed when it comes to all things tecchy!

I am having major problems with my PC in that it crashes all the time mostly about 5 mins after logging in, although I can sometimes stay on it for a few hours before it decides to crash on me. It defo has a major problem with IM and crashes as soon as I try and log in to msn, yahoo, etc etc ....what can I do myself to try and sort the problem and if I need to get it sorted by an expert how much is that likely to cost me
