   I have a new computer. I want to import my Outlook Express emails from my old computer to the new one. I plan to put the old OE files on a CD and then bring it to the new computer. When I go to File/Import in OE, it does not have a way to map to the D drive, or any other drive for that matter. It gives options to choose programs (OE4, Outlook, etc) to import from. Any help appreciated.

   you need to copy them to the harddrive off the CD for the import to work.
   
   just searched for a guide to help, this one seems fine http://www.freebits.co.uk/backoutlook.html
