AppHangB1?!?!?!

Does anyone KNOW what this AppHangB1 thing is?? Or how to fix it? I am getting this with MANY programs that I am trying to run. (that were working fine a few weeks ago) A few programs that I try to run, I get the "NOT RESPONDING" message. And I have to shut it down.

I have done a clean boot, and it still doesn't work. All my drivers are up to date and working fine. Did a malware scan, and it comes back clean.

Can't find ANYTHING to fix it on the internet. No one even seems to know whether it's a virus, registry problem, or a driver problem.
