Default System reserve wrong drive

I recently installed windows 7 pro x64 on my computer. It installed just fine. The problem is when I installed it on my new ssd the 100 MB system reserve (the 2nd partition) installed itself on my old ssd. I do not want that partition on my old ssd. How do I move or recreate that 2nd partition so it is all on one drive instead of 2 without deleting all of my data on my main drive where my OS is at?
Just for the record, I do have a complete backup of my OS in-case anything where to happen.

I'm not quite sure what's happened but you can remove the 100mb partition from your old SSD,there shouldn't be any negative side effects.
