Popups, blue Screen of death, and moving slow

    Keep getting crazy popups I can barely use my computer anymore. I ran spybot, avg, and MGtools that I didn't get reports from. Other logs are included. Please let me know what else I need to include or run in order to clean my computer out. Instead of Ccleaner I ran Wide Disk Cleaner.

    Hi and welcome! You need to try again with Malware Bytes and MGTools. MGTools produces the most important set of logs (MGlogs.zip) that I can't really do without. Try running each again in safe mode if necessary, let me know of any difficulties you may have. :)

    There are so many logs with the mg tool-can u specify which ones I should post?

    The one requested in the READ & RUN ME instructions which stated the below
    You also need to attach logs from Malwarebytes and TDSSKiller

    Strongvault Online Backup <<< Uninstall this please.


    Re run Hitman Pro and have it remove all that it finds...

    Are you deliberately set up to use a proxy?

    The strong vault files are empty and its not coming up when I try to Uninstall it through the control panel. I also tried to do win fix but my computer can not use that program. any suggestions?

    No I haven't setup a proxy deliberately. I was hoping that after I ran all the cleaners the popups would have stopped, but its still running just as bad. Thanks for your help with everything!

    Follow these instructions to reset Firefox....

    Reset Mozilla Firefox to defaults





    Now rerun Hitman Pro once again and attach log.

    My apologies Phauff, ignore my instructions for the proxy, I just edited. :) Just do the Reset Browser and Hitman part of the instructions. :)

    That was a simple fix but i think that did the trick. i'll let you know if there are more problems after I run it tomorrow! Thank you so much!!!

    Hitman still shows some Potentially unwanted Programs.... is Firefox working okay? It's in firefox where the problem is embedded according to Hitman. I thought a reset might have cleared it out...
