Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) Issue / Vista Ultimate

    Hello all,

    Got a slight problem with Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) on Vista Ultimate.

    For some reason, whilst WMI is running, my auto-hidden taskbar keeps popping up; it's similar to what happens when background sevices loads. It's rather annoying and it only ceases when I switch it off (either run/msconfig or services.msc).

    I run AVG 7.5, Rocketdock and Windows Sidebar in the background. All generic bg services (Defender, Firewall, Auto-Updates etc) are off.

    I've tried everything I know, so any help would be gratefully received.
