VISTA Mail Distribution List Problem

Just tried using a distribution list containing 200 valid email addresses (from my contacts). Below is the message I keep receiving. Otherwise, VISTA Mail has been working fine for 18mos. Any suggestions how to get my email sent using this distribution list?

Hi

Its likely you will need t chat to your ISP as many these days have been implementing blocks on users sending out that sort of number of emails, its to curb spam and malware in emails. They may have a limit on how many per session emails with same header/title that can be sent at once.
