Blue Screen can't boot into Safe Mode

    Hi I can boot into safe mode and was reading another thread - Booting from my cd won't wype my data?

    ox00000024 (0x00190203, 0x8a61bde8, oxc0000102, 0x00000000.

    What does this mean? Please help
