"Please wait while the connection is being established" HPpaviliondv6500 32bit xp sp3

Hi,
my laptop has been infected by the malaware:
"Please wait while the connection is being established"
and like other i can't do anything also in safe mode, i've tried also to get in a pass status doing the things below but nothing changed:

1) boot from xp cd and repair mode

2)then:
md tmp
copy C:\windows\system32\config\system C:\windows\tmp\system.bak
copy C:\windows\system32\config\software C:\windows\tmp\software.bak
copy C:\windows\system32\config\sam C:\windows\tmp\sam.bak
copy C:\windows\system32\config\security C:\windows\tmp\security.bak
copy C:\windows\system32\config\default C:\windows\tmp\default.bak
del C:\windows\system32\config\system
del C:\windows\system32\config\software
del C:\windows\system32\config\Sam
del C:\windows\system32\config\security
del C:\windows\system32\config\default
copy C:\windows\repair\system C:\windows\system32\config\system
copy C:\windows\repair\software C:\windows\system32\config\software
copy C:\windows\repair\sam C:\windows\system32\config\sam
copy C:\windows\repair\security C:\windows\system32\config\security
copy C:\windows\repair\default C:\windows\system32\config\default

3) restarted pc
C:\SystemVolume Information

and i pasted the good previus files:
_ registry_user_.default
_ registry_machine_security
_ registry_machine_software
_ registry_machine_system
_ registry_machine_sam

into:
C:\Windows\tmp

4) reboot from cd and repair mode:
del c:\windows\system32\config\sam
del c:\windows\system32\config\security
del c:\windows\system32\config\software
del c:\windows\system32\config\default
del c:\windows\system32\config\system
copy c:\windows\tmp\_registry_machine_software c:\windows\system32\config\software
copy c:\windows\tmp\_registry_machine_system c:\windows\system32\config\system
copy c:\windows\tmp\_registry_machine_sam c:\windows\system32\config\sam
copy c:\windows\tmp\_registry_machine_security c:\windows\system32\config\security
copy c:\windows\tmp\_registry_user_.default c:\windows\system32\config\default

but nothing changed:cry.

Hi,
virus removed
first fixing with Hjthis in safe mode ( C:\ scanned through usb pen) game.exe and InfoServices.exe and other regestry key that has disabled something then another scann with Malawarebytes fixing everything finnaly removed with Avira.
Task manager enable with a dedicated program.
