Export Email Body to Excel with Fields

    I have simple message from a Answering Service that are in my email and I need to get them in excel by field.
    Such as:
    Name: John Doe
    Phone: 123-123-1234
    Message: Please call me
    There are 24 fields in all. Any suggestions on software that does this cheaply? I do not know how to write a Visual Basic Script or Macro.

    I am using outlook. I did find a solution e-grabber for excel. The software does exactly what I am looking for. Thank you for your response.
