    Hi,

I downloaded Steinberg H2O a couple of months ago and installed it, then deleted it (never even used it). What I didn't delete was that Cled usb stick which is used to get steinberg running (couldn't find the uninstall). Today I booted my computer and got a SRV#001 - CLED error. I didn't mind it. But when I restarted my computer later on, my screen switched to a blue error screen saying something about a registry error (couldn't read more).

I assumed it was time to delete the cled stuff. So I did. But my screen kept skipping to this bleu registry error thing. I did msconfig and unchecked something in my System32map called "manager.exe" (maker was unknown and I had no idea what it was, so thought:" why not uncheck it?") but that has no effect as well.

I searched the whole web for answers but everyone just unchecks the cled.exe in msconfig (but I can't do that anymore since I deletet it allready)

I can still boot in safe mode, but in normal mode it just keeps malfunctioning.

Please help me, I'm desperate (and realy, I mean realy realy desperate)

Open msconfig and see if you have TINTSETUP enabled at startup. Disable that.
