Question about Outklook.com

Hi running a Dell Inspirion. OS IS Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Using Firefox. I went to outlook.com and it turns out I have account. I have a Yahoo mail account and GMAIL too. I log into My Microsoft account. I sent a test email to myself at Yahoo from the outlook.com account and the header said it came from originated from my Yahoo mail account. How do i determine what my outlook.com email address is or get one with @outlook.com and how do I give out as the email address to give out to get mail in outlook.com? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. I am quite confused by all this

 

Welcome to the forum. You can create and use an email address ending in outlook.com or hotmail.com or live.com. They can all be viewed via outlook.com. You can create and account at https://signup.live.com/signup.aspx?cbcxt=mail&wreply=http://mail.live.com&id=64855&lic=1

Whichever of the three options you choose, just give your contacts that address.
