freeware dvd burner and/or cd burner or ripper

Does anyone know where to get a freeware dvd burner and/or cd burner or copier or anything like that?

 

I am running Win7, 64bit. Will this also work with that or is there another one that is better for what I run. I have an old Nero 7.8 but hopefully can find something better or as good for my OS. I need to copy a disc or 2 but haven't installed Nero and with all the updates it would take forever. I bought this new and it is mine.

 

It looks like it is compatible with Win7 64bit.

It is a very good program and works fine for Win7 32bit. I use it instead of Nero which I refused to upgrade after version 7 wouldn't work properly on Win7.
