HTML question..Any help with this?

Im having some trouble with the height of a column. I the col on the left to always touch the bottom of the browser window.

notice the left col doesnt go all the way down.

any suggestions?

also, you're specifying border colors alot when your borders are set to 0.. you should also start using some major CSS to clean up alot of the formatting.
