Can't access drives F:&G: since using system restore

Hi guys

I have 4 hard drives hooked up in my comp to a ultra 133 controller.
The first two drives give me access but the second two do not
I had access to all 4 drives a few days ago until i used system restore.
During the process system restore mentioned these other drives (something about files) which i ignored and went ahead with restore
When i rebooted windows ran chkdsk on drives F:&G:Now when i try to access these drives a window pops up and says
H::\\ is not accessable
The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file
It puts the same message up if i try to open F:
When i go into disk management it shows all drives as follows

AS you can see it is showing drives H&F as total free space when in actual fact these drives are full of data which i need to access
Where can i go in windows to unlock this process
btw when chkdsk checks the disk it says insufficient space to recover files

Can anyone help me to access these drives I tried undoing system restore but it makes no difference
