Virus has blocked out my Internet

Hey I recently got a virus so i put my computer into safemode and installed the latest version of maleware antivirus removal. I ran the program and it removed all the viruses from my system. I am now able to access my computer without being blocked out of programs and there are no more folders that pop up and say virus alert. Everything seems fine but i am not able to access the internet. everytime i try it says web page is unavailable. When i ask it why it says that the my firewall might be blocking my http 80 port https etc... When i try to open mozilla firefox it says firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections. None of this started happening until after the virus. while i had the virus i was able to access the internet for a couple seconds until it blocked me out. i dont understand why the internet wont work if i removed the virus. PLEASSEEE HELPPP thank you

 

How do I find out if it is using a proxy and how do i change it back
