Need Help Laptop still infected

I know its somewhat infected because after i got rid of the fake windows 7 anti-virus (via combofix) i noticed that the firewall and certain services wouldnt run(BFE and its dependencies) but right now it runs fine and its protected by bitdefender if anyone can help please reply!

Windows 7 64bit home premium

Note:i looked up certain services and apparently some registrys are missing

sorry i couldnt edit but i have tried everything BFE service cant start error 1083 i try to start windows firewall i get error 0x8007042c and the service wont start because of the dependencies ive done also sfc scannow in command prompt, added permissions in bfe registry to everyone so please help me out cause im not reinstalling windows just to get it working. so please help me here.....

Try this so we can get an idea if your system is still heavily infected or if it just needs the Firewall repair.

Now download the latest MGtools.exe to the root of your c: drive.

• Now run this new MGtools.exe by double-clicking it. (Vista/7 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
• When it is finished, attach c:\MGlogs.zip to your next message. (How to attach)
