Rootkit Zero.Access and cannot connect to internet

I cleaned up a desktop computer with a pretty nasty rootkit (zero.access) but first it had that privacy protection rogue antivirus on it. I did a system restore and then ran combofix. An error message came up that said "warning, removing zero access rootkit may cause you to lose internet connectivity. If you cannot connect to a network restart your computer and run combofix again" or something along those lines. I did it, it removed the rootkit and I can't connect to the internet. I rebooted and ran combofix a second time and it didn't work. Also I guess the new combofix log overrided the old one so I don't have the original combofix log but I do have the most recent one. I noticed some other individuals that had the same problem on here but the solution seemed to be targeted for that person's computer only. Lemme know what I need to do.

 

What do I have to run and post on the computer to get some legitimate help on here?
