I think I installed the msn toolbar for some reason, then had to do system restore for something, and recently when I click on a desktop link, it has this message

'#msntb_toolbar_full_name# is unable to load its config file.
If you have recently upgraded to a newer version of the #msntb_toolbar_full_name# try restarting computer or reinstalling the #msntb_toolbar_full_name'

I tried reinstalling the msn toobar, but it said it was already on the computer, and then i tried to remove it using add/remove programs, but it says verify the patch package exists and that you can access it etc etc.

If anyone has any fresh idea I'd appeciate it. Gets annoying having to press ok to that error message everytime i try to open something.
    thanks a lot

Seemed like a promising idea when I was carrying out but when I had done all the steps and restarted, when i tried to open something like my documents it made windows crash. just uninstalling the buttons saying msn taskbar didn't work either.

THanks for the idea. any other people got any suggestions?
