Please advise on final spec before purchase

Hey guys, so I finally got down to the last wire with this purchase. Here is the spec of my new pc about to be made for me to order. It seems all good, one question however. The motherboard. Is it any good Vs what it's going to be looking after?

My advice is to be careful lest some major geek come to your house and try to rob you of you computer.
