Has anyone heard of royal search? I must have goofed and downloaded this search engine, because everytime I try to go to google or yahoo it takes me to RoyalSearch.net! I've tried evrything and I cannot get rid of this. Has anyone had this problem? If so, has anyone gotten rid of this successfully? Your help is much appreciated.

You've been hijacked, my man. Run Hijack This and you should be alright. To prevent future hijacks I would recommend SpywareGuard and while you're at it install it's sister SpywareBlaster I've been running these for a long time on an XP Pro and have had 0 problems. Just make sure to disable SpywareGuard before changing your home page.

    Thanks

Thanks a million for all of your help! I finally got rid of that stupid thing! Jade, I think I messed up following the directions you gave me so I think that would have worked. I ended up using Hijack This and it worked great, so thanks HTH. Thanks again to all of your feedback.
