Ok so a couple weeks ago my computer just stopped working, as in it would'nt turn on. Anyways it was a rather old computer, so I bought a new Dell, which came with Windows Vista.
Setup went fine, everything works, but I would really like to update my iPod. Since iTunes DOES work on my vista, it's been downloaded. But obviously, my previous library is not available.
So I now have an outer hard drive going. I can see all my files from my old C and F drives, and I can find iTunes...
BUT I CAN'T FIND MY LIBRARY.
I have NO IDEA where it is, and it was a huge library too! I would REALLY like some help on where to find it, all my iTunes and iPod files are on C drive, but when I look through either file I can't find my library. I don't know what it's titled or anything like that, seeing as how I'm pretty sure I was never asked for a save name...
    Please Help :cry

Try a search for music. Not sure about Vista, but on XP it is Start- Search- Pictures, Music, Video. Leave the name of the file blank and it should find all the music files on your drive. Vista should have something like that.

    Good luck
