    Does Anyone Know how to uninstall and reinstall windows
    without the recovery cd's???????????

    No theres not, unless your computer has a recovery partion setup from the manufactor.

    Well, i suppose technically you can, but that is called "pirating copyrighted software" and is both illegal and quite unethical. There is also the problem that a pirated version of Windows is a like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get.
