    Hi

Depending on the email software you are using you could enable a delivery reciept, not knowing which application your using to send mail cannot give direct steps, in Outlook you can click New Email > Options > Request Delivery Reciept, (only way I know of knowing if the email got to the other email server and correct address if real)

But in many other applications this is not possible, although in some you can ask for a Read Reciept, but this doesnt mean the recipient has to actually click yes.

eg. Windows Live Mail is New Email > Tools >Rrequest Read Reciept

Dont off hand know other email applications without searching for info on them, so if you tell us what application you're using we can asssit.
