Hello, i've been having the problem for a while now, whenever i want to Add a printer wizard, nothing shows up, file>add a printer doesn't work, or either does File> server properties etc. i don't understand the problem, everything else works fine except for the Printer Tasks options the File menu, i've posted this on microsoft as well but i was hoping to see if you guys have any quick responses?

make sure your print spooler has started in services set it to automatic

i'm sorry dude, i don't know what or where you're talking about, i'm a little new to printer options, where do i go to set it to automatic?

What operating system are ye running? If xp, then click:
START, then RUN, then type in: services.msc (press enter). Make sure the "Printer Spooler" is started. If it isn't, rightclick on the "printer spooler" and select "START". If you get an error, please give the exact details to us! ![]() |
