No Connection - Please Help

At random this computer (cable net) will just stop accessing the internet. I reset it and it'll work for like a few minutes. It's totally screwed up in the address bar, it just won't go to the sites I put in ever since this problem started..

Could it have something to do with the cable? Or perhaps the modem?

Well, I'm open to suggestions. ^_^

Yes .... and yes ....call your isp and have them check the connections.
