frequent disconnects?

ive been having internet connection problems lately.Ive been having to "repair" my connection about 1,000 times a session.So i downloaded "Wirelessmon version 2.0" to moniter my connection.Im noticing that my connection will be "connected" the 2 seconds later "Not Available" then "connected" & it switches between the 2 continuously. How do i maintain my internet connection?

I had the same issue and had a wireless booster to put between the modem and my adapter
