End Program - sgtray.exe (program not responding?)

this happens alot when i try to reboot my computer, is there an easy way for me to fix this?

ps: im running windowsXP home edition..

i dont know the rules about "ttt"ing threads here, but im still having this problem..

can i remove this sgtray.exe somehow?

i googled it and read a few of the first sites, but i didnt want to download anything from them, i'd rather trust the opinions of you guys on this site.. and i didnt see anything definite about whether i could remove it or not, all i saw was that it isn't spyware or anything, just annoying..
