hello All.

This is my first post here.

I am having the same issue however mine is on ANY file! .exe,jpg,.reg etc!

The only thing i changed in the system was i installed an LG DVD-RW drive with Nero yesterday.

Any ideas?

I can not access msconfig, system restore etc!
