new and trying
hi everybody, i am a new inexpert user from rome, italy.
i have a problem :-) this is a pop-up that i cannot eliminate;it seen innocent but for some reason it makes me suspicious (and it is annoying!) "servizio di messagistica immediata messaggio da System a Alert stop! windows requires immediate attention windows has found Critical System Errors to fix do the following: 1 downloads Registry cleaner from www.regscan32.com ( at times the message change to www.msreg.com or others) 2.... " essentially it says to install and run it, which i didn't do. i have windows xp home norton AV spyblaster (latest) spybot s&d highjackthis can't get rid of it. any suggestion? thanks lucio |

hi luciodl and welcome to MG's. this sounds like one for the malware guys found here http://forums.majorgeeks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=35 start a thread there but read (READ & RUN ME FIRST). before asking for support.
