Default How To Tweak an nVidia Card? I Lost Here . .

I am looking to tweak the performance of my BFG 7900 GS. I installed Rivatuner but I cannot seem to find my way through the interface where I can tweak settings such as speed vs/ performance, clock settings, etc.

I remember with my ATI I could tweak all manner of settings. Is this even possible with Rivatuner? Am I missing an obvious tab or button?

Additionally, I installed what if I remember correctly was called "Coolbits." It installed itself and disappeared. How can I either use it or get rid of it?

Thanks for any info.

I use NVtray
which contains NVtweak (the new version of coolbits)
http://nvtweak.laptopvideo2go.com/

once it is installed
double click it in the system tray
select enable all
and then you will find options in your Nvidia control panel that were not there before
