Boot Errors

On Win98SE, I get an error at bootup that says windows registry or system.INI is missing a file. The files are: vnetsup.vxd and dfs.vxd. After each one of these it prompts you to press any key, then windows boots. How do I get rid of these errors? Thanks for your reply.
