Screen position software
Hi, is there such a thing as a program that can position the screen? I am wanting a program that does what the usual buttons on a monitor do (stretch image, move up and down/left and right, rotate etc).
I am trying to move the image down on my second monitor (an HDTV) that does not have positioning tools as it is stuck a few inches too far up the screen. Thanks.
