    CPU AVG 41-43C [IDLE]
    CPU Full Load 64C
Hard Drive Idle [40C], Full Load 46C
GeForce 6800GS Video Card Temp 56C

Built two system, the other system doesn't have these kind of temps. The other system averages 10C lower temps under all circumstances.

Already have taken FAN off and spplied artic silver, did not help but 1C at best.

Well, what is the ambient temp difference between the 2 computers? I do think you are running to hot, but sometimes the software stuff is not accurate.

    Fred_G's suggestions:

Recheck that heatsink installation, make sure you do not have to much paste on it.

Check your fans, make sure the intakes are intakes and the exhaust fans are blowing out. (a piece of TP will let you know.)

Ground yourself, turn the 'puter off and touch the CPU heatsink, at the temps you said, it should be hot as heck. See if it is hot or not.

Try the computer with the sides off and a fan blowing into it, and check the temps.

And what are you using to monitor the temps?

The Other comp's ambient is about 5-7F lower than mine.
The Other comp is using the stock HSF
I am using the stock HSF but with arctic silver [i made sure i used the tiny rice size people talk about]

The only case fan is in the rear, below the PSU, and is blowing out.

    What do you think now?

I can try to take the HSF off but the last time I did that [arctic silver] it took about 100 attempts and 30 minutes to get it back on, the design is horrible.

Should I try that case fan to blow IN?

You could try it, but the odds are not good. You're likely to set up some turbulence within the case right around the CPU that may interfere with the airflow past the heatsink. Also, don't forget that the primary objective is to get the CPU's heat out of the case. The only way you can do that is to let the CPU heat something that you can remove from the case. Blowing air in only works when that air can leave the case quickly and easily. That's not usually the case with a fan in that location.

You might try adding an intake fan to the front of the case. This will help to increase the volume of air moving through the case, but without increasing turbulence within the case.

Some cases have good airflow, others don't. Figuring out which is which is a guessing game. The ones with poor airflow will generally run hotter.

Try dressing the cabling within the case to minimize obstructions to the airflow. In general, the air should move from the bottom front of a tower case up through the case, exiting at the top rear.

You might also consider asking a moderator to move this thread to the Cooling and Modding group. There is more likely to be someone knowledgeable in this area following that group.

If all hardware is the same down to the case then to me it has to be an airflow issue. If all the temps are higher then probably that is resulting from higher ambient temp (in case). I would do what Fred suggested and take the case panels off and blow a house fan on it and see if temps decrease. To improve case airflow you can get obstructions out of the way (cables, ect) and add some fans. Subsequent is a good diagram to refer to and another post on cooling.

Also when you say that it took you many tries and a long time to mount the HSF, I know exactly what you mean. Be careful with AS because if you join both surfaces (HSF and CPU heatspreader) with the thermal interface (AS) and have to separate the surfaces for any reason (difficulty installing maybe) by then remating the surfaces will render the AS less useful do to a greater allowance for air bubbles to get trapped. Once surfaces are mated, do not let them separate or you should reapply AS. That will help maximize the AS.

    This is the CASE

Look at the Pictures link to see the various angles

As you can see, their is no plan to put a Fan in the front, low mid or high.
I don't know how I could Mod it to put a Fan in the front??

Looks to me that you can put 2 80mm fans in the bottom at the front. I would put in 2 low noise fans in there sucking air in. Should give you at least as much incoming air as your PSU and 90mm fans on the back can blow out.

    TU-150 (see picture 7)

I would expect that to lower your temps a few degrees.

You can add 80mm or 90mm fans in the locations I pointed out. Check out my picture;) . On the intake fan in the lower front, just put it in to intake air from the inside of the case. The front panel should come off (I put arrows indicating this, not airflow!)so you can screw it in. I hope diagram helps. I would use both 90mm fans.
