Internet Speed Is Inconsistent??

    Hey

    Basically what my problem is when i am downloading something or browsing the web the speed is up for a few minutes (2-20) and then down for a few seconds.

    Example: My download speed is at 300kb/s then it is 40kb/s

    Could this my Service provider?? Or might it be the fact that i am on wireless internet??

    My wireless router is D-Link / DI-634M / 108Mbps (LINK IS HERE)

    The Wireless router is around 2 months old.
