Would my TE100-PCBUSR 32-bit Cardbus PC Card be alot faster then a Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller?

Short answer, no. I assume you're talking about integrated ethernet vs a PCMCIA card? Performance is hardly different between network adapters at the same speeds (10/100). Integrated might actually perform slightly better since its wired right in, at least in my experience (we're talking 1-2ms latency, and even that could easily have been other factors in the computer). Save the PCMCIA card slot for another device.
